About the Role
The Customer Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for creating a positive first impression and promoting a pleasing experience for Salud patients. You approach your tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.
A Day in the Life
Your genuine spirit of caring welcomes patients as the first step prior to seeing the Doctor, NP, or PA. You may serve as a greeter, front desk receptionist, and/or cashier. You will welcome all patients to Salud, check them in for all appointment types, and check them out at the end of an appointment. Your role also involves making reminder calls, answering questions, and managing patient complaints to ensure a positive experience for everyone.
