As a Front Desk team member at Legacy Vacation Resorts, you are the first point of contact for our guests and the face of our brand. Your primary mission is to provide outstanding service that transforms a standard stay into a memorable vacation experience. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive until they depart.
In this role, you will serve as the central hub for guest information and resort coordination. You will guide guests through check-in and check-out processes with efficiency and warmth, while acting as a problem-solver for any inquiries or issues that arise. Your day involves constant collaboration with the Housekeeping department to manage room statuses and communicating vital updates to other departments to ensure seamless operations. You will also manage financial transactions, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold the resort's Front Office Standards Manual, including "The Six Principles" of front office excellence.
