About the Role

The Office Manager serves as the operational backbone of our agency, ensuring the seamless flow of daily administrative functions. This role is critical for maintaining a supportive, organized, and compliant workplace that empowers our staff, caregivers, and clients. You will act as the primary liaison connecting clients, families, staff, and healthcare professionals, fostering an environment where everyone feels supported.

In this position, you will play a key role in upholding state regulations and agency policies, particularly regarding DDA compliance. Your work ensures that client and employee files are meticulously maintained, creating a foundation of trust and efficiency for our growing team.

Requirements
