You will be an integral part of our Field Service Operations team, where we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Our dynamic team focuses on ensuring the smooth scheduling of maintenance services, acting as the vital link between our customers, technicians, and engineers.
About the Role
As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating preventive maintenance services. This position is designed for a consistent, detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills. You will serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling, quoting, and discussing repair services, ensuring that daily, monthly, and annual T&M and PM scheduling systems are accurately maintained.
Your day-to-day involves processing and auditing weekly schedules, managing the T&M Parts process, and resolving open tickets for month-end invoicing. You will update customers on services and invoices, open and close work orders, and handle scheduling requests from various internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support our field operations.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma required
- verifiedAssociate's Degree strongly preferred
- verifiedThree (3) years' experience in service industry scheduling or dispatching
- verifiedCustomer Service Experience required
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- verifiedFamiliarity with WennSoft Service and/or Great Plains Software is a plus
Nice to Have
Associate's Degree. Familiarity with WennSoft Service and/or Great Plains Software.
