About the Role

As a Dispatcher at Mayo Clinic Hospital in Florida, you are a vital part of Sodexo's operational success. You will provide dispatching and clerical support duties for the department, ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations. This role requires you to act with purpose and thrive in your own way within a flexible and supportive work environment.

You will coordinate service requests such as patient transport, maintenance requests, non-routine housekeeping, nutrition services, and late trays. Your day-to-day involves receiving documents, prioritizing tasks, and assigning service workers or drivers to transport customers to their desired locations within or off-site of the facility. Success in this role requires being team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and a nurturer of a healthy and safe working environment for all.
