About the Role
The Director of VBC Market Operations serves as the operational leader accountable for driving the day-to-day performance of US Renal Care's value-based care programs. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments and is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures.
You will build and manage critical relationships with nephrologists, nephrology practice staff, and dialysis clinic teams. By collaborating internally with clinical, analytics, and finance leaders, you will develop and drive strategies that deliver improved patient outcomes and reduced costs. Success in this position requires leading with influence within a matrixed organization, effectively working across various internal and external teams to create new approaches and solutions.

Requirements

- verifiedExperience with value-based care programs preferred
- verifiedExperience managing physician relationships required
- verifiedAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required
- verifiedTravel required up to 50% of the time
- verifiedIdeal candidate is located in Hawaii, preferably on the island of Oahu
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a related field (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA). Minimum of eight years of experience in health care. Management consulting and/or process improvement backgrounds.
