As a Secretary/Receptionist at Fresenius Kidney Care, you will serve as the vital "face" of our outpatient or hospital facilities. In this clinical environment, you are not just performing routine clerical duties; you are an integral part of a cross-functional team dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients living with kidney disease. Your administrative skills will directly impact the lives of patients and their families, ensuring smooth clinic operations and a welcoming atmosphere.
Your day is centered on patient engagement and seamless administrative support. You will be the first point of contact, professionally greeting patients and guests while managing the reception and waiting areas to maintain a calm, professional environment. From answering and routing calls to distributing mail, you ensure that every interaction reflects our commitment to care.
Beyond the front desk, you will facilitate complex patient logistics. This includes coordinating travel for patients, organizing transfer placements, and managing admissions paperwork to ensure efficient processing. You will work closely with the Clinical Manager and other team members to handle medical records, scheduling, and insurance documentation, ensuring all data entry and compliance standards are met with precision.
