About the Role
This Part-Time (0.8 FTE) Registered Nurse position serves as a vital link in our outpatient and ambulatory care team. You will coordinate and supervise patient care that reflects the unique needs of our patients, families, and facility. The role requires a high degree of flexibility to adapt to patient needs while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
In this position, you will function as a self-starter and a supportive team member, making critical decisions based on clinical knowledge of disease processes, surgical conditions, and required care. Your day will involve performing head-to-toe assessments, managing pain, and formulating individualized care plans. You will assist physicians during procedures, utilizing scopes and maintaining aseptic techniques, while ensuring patient safety from pre-operative preparation through post-operative recovery. This role demands a blend of clinical expertise in IV insertion, cardiac monitoring, and medication administration, alongside strong interpersonal skills to treat patients and families with respect and dignity.

Requirements
