About the Role

This opportunity places a Registered Nurse in a high-volume Cardiothoracic/General OR (CVOR) setting at a Level II Trauma Center in Everett, Washington. The facility features 18 OR rooms and supports a broad cardiothoracic and vascular surgical program. The role involves providing intraoperative nursing care for complex procedures, including CABG, valve repairs, AAA repairs, and minimally invasive approaches like VATS/RATS.

You will work in a collaborative environment with surgeons, anesthesia, and perfusion teams, maintaining a 1:1 patient nursing ratio for critical cases. The position includes call responsibilities and the flexibility to float within similar CVOR and Main OR services as needed to meet unit coverage. A comprehensive 40-hour orientation is provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the unit's specific workflows and EPIC charting requirements.
