Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDesign and lead the Revenue Integrity strategy, governance model, and multi-year roadmap
- check_circleEstablish policies, controls, and accountability across all Revenue Integrity pillars
- check_circleOwn enterprise CDM governance, maintenance, and pricing methodology
- check_circleEnsure alignment between CDM build, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements
- check_circleOversee charge capture accuracy across hospital, professional, ASC, ancillary, pharmacy, and supplies
- check_circleLead charge reconciliation processes from schedule to claim
- check_circleReduce preventable claim errors, rejections, and denials
- check_circlePartner with Coding, HIM, and Billing to enforce payer rules and documentation standards
- check_circleEnsure accurate posting of payments, adjustments, and patient responsibility
- check_circleDevelop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting for leadership
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, Business or related field
- verified8-10+ years of progressive experience in Revenue Integrity, Revenue Cycle, or healthcare finance
- verifiedProven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and teams
- verifiedExperience with Chargemasters, Cerner, Epic, Meditech, or similar EHRs preferred
