As a Billing Integrity Analyst RN, you will be the bridge between clinical expertise and financial accuracy. In this Work from Home position, you will determine the appropriateness of patient charges and Charge Description Master (CDM) codes by reviewing medical records, facility protocols, and regulatory documentation. Your role is critical in resolving billing edits that delay claim processing, ensuring compliance with CMS transmittals and Local Coverage Decisions, and improving documentation accuracy across facilities.
You will serve as a liaison between facility administration, the Shared Services Center, and ancillary department directors to resolve charging issues and identify revenue opportunities. Beyond individual case resolution, you will coordinate audits, analyze denial trends, and develop educational in-services to help facility staff understand appropriate charging practices. This is a remote position requiring you to live and perform duties within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare hospital. Eligible states include FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, and VA.

Healthcare experience in an acute care hospital or coding experience. Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes or experience in charging or performing charge reviews.

Education: RN or other advanced nursing degree required.
