About the Role

This position serves as the strategic architect for the Magnet Program, responsible for developing and overseeing the administration required to achieve and sustain institutional Magnet designation. You will be the driving force behind the program's delivery, ensuring all activities align with the organization's mission and goals. Your work involves creating a robust evaluation framework to assess program strengths and identify opportunities for improvement.

In this fast-paced environment, you will manage project implementation, balancing resources, risks, timelines, and costs while preparing the annual operating budget. You will collaborate closely with nursing management and leadership to plan surveys, analyze data, and develop strategic plans to address any areas needing improvement. Success in this role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision to drive the program forward.
