Keystone Treatment Center is a 126-bed facility located in Canton, SD, just a short drive from Sioux Falls. We provide comprehensive inpatient services to adults, serving as a vital resource for behavioral health care in the region.
The Business Office Director serves as a strategic leader within the Keystone team, responsible for planning, developing, and supervising all business office activities. This role is critical to the facility's financial health, overseeing financial counseling, billing, and collections across all service lines. You will partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to ensure compliance with third-party guidelines while driving operational efficiency and cash flow.
In this position, you will manage a dedicated team, guiding them through hiring, development, and performance management to achieve departmental goals. Your day-to-day involves monitoring key metrics, resolving complex insurance issues to support patient satisfaction, and collaborating with Utilization Review and Admissions to ensure proper coverage authorization. You will also direct the selection and monitoring of outside collection vendors to optimize facility receivables.
