Revenue Accounting Manager

About the Role

The Revenue Accounting Manager serves as the steward of the end-to-end revenue cycle within a large division of ZT Systems. This hands-on people manager role is designed for a self-starter who thrives in a public company environment, balancing the coaching of a growing team with direct involvement in complex investigations, reconciliations, and escalations.

You will lead the charge in ensuring revenue is recorded and reported accurately in strict adherence to ASC 606 and internal company policies. The position is pivotal in building a strong set of internal controls from the ground up, creating SOX-compliant processes for a new division, and driving automation to shorten reporting cycles. As the primary point of contact for revenue-related audit requests, you will provide critical data for 10-Q and 10-K filings while collaborating with Legal, Sales, and Operations to navigate contract negotiations and data analysis.
