About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our corporate office in Deerfield Beach, FL. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this role is designed to ensure the financial integrity of our assigned product line. You will act as a strategic partner to operations, bridging the gap between complex financial data and business decision-making.

In this position, you will manage the full cycle of accounting functions, from month-end close activities to variance analysis. Your day will involve reviewing physical inventories, processing journal entries, and reconciling balance sheet accounts to ensure compliance with IFRS and GAAP. Beyond the numbers, you will actively engage with operating management to understand underlying business issues, presenting relevant financial data to resolve unusual items and drive performance. You will also play a key role in the audit process, preparing workpapers for mid-year and year-end reviews, while assisting with monthly forecasts and annual budgeting. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to guide staff accountants, fostering a collaborative environment where financial information is translated effectively for non-financial team members.
