The Property Tax Director serves as a strategic leader within our Property Tax practice, overseeing Senior Managers and Managers to deliver high-quality consulting and appeal services. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technical tax expertise and client relationship management.
You will actively pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships. Your day-to-day involves enforcing firm policies, researching complex tax issues, overseeing real property valuations, and negotiating settlements for assessment reductions. You will also lead the preparation and presentation of assessment appeals and supporting litigation. Beyond technical execution, you are responsible for cultivating a positive team environment that translates into excellent client service and drives revenue and profit for the firm.
