At UC Health, we are proud to have the best and brightest teams and clinicians collaborating toward our common purpose: to advance healing and reduce suffering. As the region's adult academic health system, we strive for innovation and provide world-class care not only for our local community but for patients from all over the world.
The Charge Master Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring financial integrity and compliance within our clinical operations. This position is instrumental in executing charge-related audits, evaluating compliance services to resolve charging discrepancies, and providing essential education to clinical departments on charging processes and procedures.
You will serve as a key partner to revenue-producing clinical department managers, developing and delivering educational sessions to address issues identified through the auditing process. Your work will directly impact the accuracy of charge capture, the reduction of accounts receivable on unbilled accounts, and the minimization of errors and denials through continuous process improvement.
Joining our team offers the opportunity to develop your skills, grow your career, and build meaningful relationships with peers and patients. You will help us be a source of hope for our friends and neighbors while contributing to a culture of excellence and innovation.
