Experience the HCA Healthcare difference, where colleagues are trusted, valued members of our healthcare team. We are committed to delivering respectful, compassionate care, recognizing the unique and intrinsic worth of each individual. Parallon, our revenue cycle management partner, provides full-service solutions for HCA Healthcare and external clients. With over 17,000 colleagues serving nearly 1,000 hospitals and 3,000 physician practices, we make a significant impact on patients, providers, and communities.
HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times. In recent years, we have spent an estimated $3.7 billion on charitable care, uninsured discounts, and other uncompensated expenses. As Dr. Thomas Frist, Sr., our Co-Founder, stated: "Bricks and mortar do not make a hospital. People do."
This Work from Home position is designed for a Billing Integrity Analyst Credentialed who lives within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital. You will serve as a primary contact for charge-related inquiries, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of billing data in alignment with regulatory requirements. Your work involves analyzing and resolving specific billing edits that delay claims processing, verifying medical records and facility protocols, and applying appropriate modifiers and condition codes.
In this role, you will act as a charge master liaison, facilitating clinical department education on appropriate charging practices and coordinating updates with ancillary departments. You will also review regulatory communications, CMS transmittals, and Local Coverage Decisions to assess their impact on billing integrity procedures and implement necessary changes. This position offers an opportunity for personal growth and satisfaction within an organization dedicated to ethical healthcare delivery.
We promptly review all applications. Highly qualified candidates will be directly contacted by a member of our team for interviews. If you are looking for an opportunity that provides satisfaction and personal growth, we encourage you to apply today.
