About the Role
The Director, Revenue Cycle Management serves as a strategic leader within the medical oncology division, overseeing all billing, collections, and accounts receivable operations. This role exists to ensure timely and accurate claim submission, protect reimbursement, and minimize accounts receivable delays that could impact financial performance. You will spearhead the development and adoption of new technologies while ensuring scalability and compliance across systems.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with clinical, operations, and financial teams to foster a best-in-class revenue cycle culture. The role requires navigating a dynamic, fast-paced startup-like environment, leading change management initiatives, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance revenue integrity. Reporting to the VP of Revenue Cycle Management and Payer Strategy, you will mentor a team of RCM professionals and influence stakeholders across the organization.
