About the Role
As a Branch Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first. You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch, representing our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with a team of experts to help clients with specialized financial needs, delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, and fostering a culture of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.
Training and Development
Successful candidates will complete the Branch Manager Training Program before being considered for placement. This program ensures you are equipped to lead with integrity and operational excellence.
Hiring Process and Requirements
This position is subject to the Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. An employment offer is contingent on JPMorganChase's review of your criminal conviction history, credit report, and information available through the National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Specifically, any felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify you from consideration. Upon active employment, you will be required to register on NMLS or update your existing registration to reflect your employment with JPMorganChase, in compliance with the SAFE Act of 2008.
