The Role

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team and contribute to the health and happiness of our residents. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our community and the broader healthcare ecosystem. You will serve as the primary liaison for hospital rounds, assessing patient needs and facilitating smooth transitions into our care centers. Beyond admissions, you will act as a recruiting ambassador, building strong candidate pipelines and cultivating relationships with local educational institutions and community organizations. Your work will directly reinforce the values and culture of our facility while driving our employment brand forward.
