As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Adult Day Center, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. This position exists to promote independence, inclusion, and a sense of community for our clients. Your day-to-day work involves assisting clients with activities of daily living while preserving their dignity, providing meaningful companionship to reduce isolation, and facilitating social engagement through community outings and structured day programs. You will be the bridge that connects our clients to the world around them, ensuring they have safe, reliable transportation to volunteer work, social events, and recreational activities.
