Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct care to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
- check_circleAssist residents with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- check_circleMonitor and record vital signs, intake and output, and report changes to licensed nursing staff
- check_circleRespond promptly to residents call lights and requests for assistance with compassion and empathy
