As the leader of the property's sales department, you will drive the strategic vision for a high-volume hotel with over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue. This role is designed to balance reactive and proactive sales efforts, ensuring the property meets its booking goals and revenue targets while fostering long-term, value-based customer relationships.

Your day-to-day involves developing strategic account plans, managing the marketing budget for property-specific campaigns, and collaborating with regional marketing communications to align local efforts with national promotions. You will also bridge the gap between sales and operations, ensuring a seamless turnover from booking to execution while maintaining Marriott's high service standards.
