About the Role
The Director of Sales serves as the strategic leader for our semiconductor sales organization in the Bay Area, driving business growth through deep engagement with OEMs and target markets. This role exists to bridge the gap between our technical capabilities and the evolving needs of the semiconductor industry, ensuring long-term market development and customer success.
You will lead the sales organization in achieving business objectives while strengthening executive-level relationships with purchasing teams, design engineers, process engineers, and R&D organizations. The day-to-day involves navigating complex commercial negotiations, aligning spec-in strategies with customer roadmaps, and fostering cross-functional collaboration across engineering, marketing, and global teams. As a key decision-maker, you will oversee major business opportunities, manage strategic account expansion, and translate customer feedback into actionable business strategies.
This is a full-time, office-based position that requires frequent travel to support strategic accounts and engage with customer executives. Success in this role demands a blend of technical acumen regarding semiconductor manufacturing processes (such as Etch, ALD, and CVD) and the leadership capability to guide a high-performing sales team through a dynamic market landscape.
