About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Director of Nutrition and Wellness (Registered Dietitian) to lead our wellness department. This role is designed for someone who is ready to trade the cold for sunny Florida and wants to make a tangible difference in the lives of students.\n As the Director, you will own the menu development process, ensuring full compliance with USDA K-12 nutrition guidelines while meeting client expectations. You will collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Supply Chain departments to identify compliant, innovative menu items, develop new recipes, and build cycle menus that actively drive student participation. Beyond the kitchen, you will participate in senior leadership meetings, conduct on-site quality control visits, and engage directly with students to assess programming opportunities.

This is a high-profile, high-volume account where you will build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including school principals, students, peers, and vendors. You will also play an active role in educating internal teams on risk management protocols for food allergies and special diets, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.
