The Director of Integrated Marketing serves as a strategic leader responsible for modernizing BELAY's marketing ecosystem. This role unifies centralized marketing functions—including brand, content, digital experience, operations, and execution systems—to drive scalable growth. You will act as a key connector across the organization, balancing brand stewardship, operational excellence, and executional rigor within a performance-driven environment.
Reporting to the CMO, you will oversee content marketing, creative services, communications, web and SEO strategy, marketing operations, automation, and project management. The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational, capable of building scalable systems, leading cross-functional teams, and leveraging AI-enabled marketing capabilities to enhance efficiency and business performance.
As a member of the BELAY Leadership Team, you will represent the company with professionalism in all virtual and in-person interactions, fostering a collaborative environment while maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity within the U.S. However, due to employment and tax compliance considerations, we are unable to hire employees in California, New York, Illinois, or Oregon. Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
The role requires a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours. While primarily remote, the position includes expected participation in conference calls, on-site meetings, and occasional travel for off-site meetings.
