As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will shape smart, digital-first strategies that improve how consumers find, experience, and engage with Texas Health for care. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on collaboration across SEO, email, AI search, and digital platforms to drive better performance and stronger alignment across marketing efforts.
You will serve as a catalyst for knowledge sharing, keeping department and system leaders apprised of pertinent line intelligence and strategic initiatives. The role requires you to develop deep expertise in clinical processes, patient journeys, and emerging treatment modalities to ensure contemporary positioning. You will actively seek and digest large volumes of data to develop a deep understanding of product lines and system initiatives, staying abreast of industry marketing approaches and competitive issues.
In this remote role, you will work with regular in-person meetings (average 1-2 times per month) at our Corporate office in Arlington, TX. You will lead strategy for consumer journey efforts, working with interdisciplinary teams to ensure pull-through on all strategic marketing tactics. Your work will focus on leveraging the dynamic, shifting landscape of healthcare to drive effective marketing initiatives that engage consumers and drive business objectives.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use campaign performance data and insights to drive continuous optimization and strategic decision-making. Experience applying marketing automation and emerging digital technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency, relevance, and scalability. Ability to collaborate effectively across digital, CRM, analytics, content, and IT teams in a complex organization. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of evolving digital channels, technologies, and best practices, applying insights to enhance marketing effectiveness and innovation.
