About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer to own growth activity across the UK. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, this individual contributor role offers clear ownership of the UK region. You will run campaigns, support partner-led pipelines, improve performance over time, and ensure regional activity connects directly to revenue.
This is a broad role by design. As the UK market is at an earlier stage than the US, there is significant scope to shape how Codal presents itself here. You will need to be comfortable operating across campaigns, partners, events, and content, prioritizing effectively without needing constant direction. This position is not a pure strategy or coordination role; we need someone who can take ownership, execute, learn what works, and iterate.

Base salaries are determined during the interview process by assessing factors including a candidate's experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position. The salary range for this role is £50,000 - £55,000 GBP.
