About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager for North America to plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and support product adoption. This role serves as the bridge between global field marketing strategy and local execution, translating high-level goals into high-impact, localized programs aligned with North American sales priorities.\n You will work closely with regional sales leadership, SDRs, product marketing, and the wider marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns, events, and enablement that convert demand into pipeline. This is a hands-on position focused on execution, optimization, and regional impact, reporting directly to the Director of Field Marketing.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in our Scottsdale office. The role operates on a hybrid model, requiring presence in the office at least 3-4 days per week to foster collaboration and drive regional impact.
