The Director of Human Resources for Data Center Services (DCS) serves as a strategic partner to the VP of Data Center Services, leading HR operations for a geographically dispersed workforce across the United States. This role is critical for supporting multiple customer and Arvato facilities, many of which operate without dedicated on-site HR presence.
The position focuses on aligning workforce strategy with operational demands in diverse labor markets. You will drive the development of scalable HR service models that ensure consistent support for recruiting, training, performance management, and employee relations. A key aspect of the role involves executing high-volume, market-responsive recruiting strategies and ensuring compensation remains competitive across varying regional landscapes.
In this capacity, you will lead a distributed team of HR professionals, fostering engagement and retention even in locations lacking local HR support. The role requires navigating complex compliance requirements, managing employee relations investigations, and providing counsel on risk management and federal labor laws while collaborating closely with General Counsel, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
