We are seeking a strategic Director of Finance & Accounting to lead and modernize the Society's financial operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Director & CEO, this role serves as a key partner in ensuring the long-term sustainability of GSA. You will provide oversight for all accounting functions, including budgeting, forecasting, audits, compliance, and investments.
In this position, you will not only manage financial stewardship but also drive operational efficiency through the optimization of our NetSuite ERP infrastructure. You will collaborate across departments to support diverse revenue streams, from memberships and publications to meetings and international activities. Master's degree. Experience supporting operational environments involving meetings/events, publications, memberships, subscriptions, grants, sponsorships, eCommerce, and/or international activities. Experience with nonprofit AMS/CRM platforms, payroll systems, expense management tools, and business intelligence/reporting platforms.
