About the Role
As a hands-on, detail-oriented Controller, you will operate at both the macro and micro levels to own the company's accounting function and financial close. This role is critical to strengthening financial discipline and supporting our next phase of growth within a fast-growing CPG business.
You will partner closely with the CFO to lead a team of three, ensuring accuracy and scalability across domestic, DTC, and international sales channels. The ideal candidate thrives in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and is eager to champion a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
