About the Accounting Manager Role

The Accounting Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 7-12 clients, responsible for all areas of financial reporting. This role is designed to develop and maintain accounting principles, implementing practices and procedures that ensure accurate and timely financial statements and controls are in place for each client.

In this position, you will address tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities, including month-end close preparation, financial reporting, the implementation of new systems and processes, year-end client tax and audit projects, and the support of budget and forecast activities. Beyond managing client projects from planning to completion, you will supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting specialists, ensuring work is properly allocated and completed with high standards of quality.
