The Director of Financial Operations is a hands-on accounting and finance leadership role designed to oversee day-to-day financial operations. This position is critical for ensuring the organization's financial health through monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership across operations, development, HR, and marketing, helping to improve financial processes and operational efficiencies.
