This position serves as a strategic leader at the intersection of technical accounting expertise, business development, and global delivery management. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through complex financial reporting challenges while driving growth and operational excellence across our global delivery centers.
The role is designed for a CPA with deep US GAAP knowledge who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will not only interpret and apply standards like ASC 606 and ASC 842 but also oversee the implementation of these standards for clients. Your day-to-day involves mentoring cross-functional teams, optimizing resource utilization across geographies, and securing high-value engagements through tailored proposals.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleCollaborate with global delivery centers to optimize resource utilization and ensure timely project execution

- check_circleMentor and lead cross-functional teams while fostering collaboration between onshore and offshore groups
- check_circleProvide expert guidance on US GAAP standards including revenue recognition, leases, and business combinations
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- verifiedCPA required
- verifiedMinimum of 5+ years in public accounting
- verified5+ years experience in current role
- verifiedCFA, CIA, or CISA preferred
