About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager, the Manager of Accounting serves as a key partner in driving technical accounting precision and operational excellence. This role is designed for a hands-on leader who thrives on problem-solving rather than simply escalating issues. You will be the primary owner of accounting for business acquisitions under ASC 805, working closely with valuation teams to derive opening balance sheets and collaborating with acquired sites to secure necessary documentation.

Beyond acquisitions, you will play a vital role in the monthly corporate close process and act as a subject matter expert on complex technical matters, including leasing (ASC 842) and revenue recognition (ASC 606). The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical accounting guidance and practical business application, independently resolving issues and proposing solutions to leadership. You will collaborate with Operations, FP&A, and IT to support financial reporting and drive process improvements, ensuring our financial policies and internal controls remain robust and compliant.

Hiring Process
