The Alternative Investments Associates and Accountants team is responsible for providing accounting, administration, and investor servicing for hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end registered products. In this role, you will act as a primary fund accountant on multiple relationships, ensuring all fund accounting functions are completed in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Your day-to-day impact involves calculating net asset values (NAV) and disseminating financial and performance information to investment advisors and investors. You will record trade information, income and expense activity, and apply security valuations within the portfolio accounting system. Additionally, you will manage investor contributions and withdrawals, allocate fund-level profits to individual investors for statement preparation, and coordinate fund expense analysis. The role also includes preparing fund financial statements, audit schedules, and tax schedules.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
