This position serves as a strategic partner to the Division Finance Manager, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all accounting and finance operations at the division level. The role is designed to bridge the gap between high-level financial strategy and day-to-day execution, supporting critical functions such as month-end closing, business planning, and inventory management.

The day-to-day rhythm involves preparing detailed financial analyses, managing third-party inventory service relationships, and supporting the preparation of annual business plans and periodic forecasts. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of excellence by supervising and coaching direct reports, conducting training, and ensuring accurate financial reporting across the division.
We are committed to upholding our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety in everything we do. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where accuracy and ethical standards drive our success.
