This is a high-impact role for a practical finance leader who wants to be close to the business—not just reporting results but shaping outcomes. As Director of Finance, you will partner directly with executive and operating leaders to drive disciplined decision-making, operational improvement, and long-term financial performance.
You will deliver clear, timely financial reporting and insight across multiple operating units. Your work will involve analyzing monthly and quarterly results to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities, while building dashboards and performance scorecards for leadership. You will provide financial modeling and recommendations for fleet and capital investments, pricing and contract decisions, labor and operational structure changes, and facilities and technology investments.
In this position, you will partner with operations leaders to improve margins, productivity, and cost discipline. You will lead or support budgeting, forecasting, reforecasting, and long-range planning, while supporting capital allocation decisions with ROI, cash flow, and leverage awareness. Additionally, you will mentor finance staff and improve finance processes and analytical rigor.
As a Director of Finance at DeVivo, you will have direct exposure to executive leadership and meaningful decision-making. This is a finance role that influences how capital is deployed and how the business grows. You will have the opportunity to make a visible impact in a stable, growing organization.
