The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the President & CEO. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization's financial health, ensuring the system's resources are optimized to advance our mission.
As the primary financial advisor to the Board of Directors, the CFO partners closely with clinical, operational, and physician leaders to strengthen margins, support growth initiatives, and drive performance. The position oversees the full spectrum of financial operations, from planning and budgeting to treasury, reimbursement, and revenue cycle management. This is a primarily office-based role with routine presence in clinical and operational areas, requiring occasional travel for meetings and system activities.
