About the Role

As the Director of Digital Design, you will serve as the strategic vision holder for the digital experiences that power our online and mobile banking platforms. In this on-site role, you will lead a diverse team of UX/UI Designers, Researchers, and Content Strategists, ensuring that every interaction aligns with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives.

You will drive a user-centered design culture, advocating for best-in-class digital experiences while overseeing the consistency of our digital design system. This position requires a seasoned leader who can navigate the complexities of the financial services industry, influence executive leadership, and foster a culture of continuous improvement regarding emerging trends, AI-driven experiences, and fintech advancements.
