About the Role

As the Director of Digital Design, you will serve as the strategic visionary for our digital experiences, setting the direction for our online and mobile banking platforms. This role is critical in bridging the gap between complex regulatory requirements and intuitive, user-centered design. You will lead a diverse team of UX/UI Designers, Researchers, and Content Strategists, ensuring that every interaction aligns with customer needs and business objectives.

In this position, you will not only oversee the execution of high-quality design but also champion a culture of continuous improvement. You will drive the evolution of our digital design system, ensuring consistency while fostering innovation. Your day-to-day involves partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Leaders to define priorities, influencing executive leadership to articulate the impact of design on business outcomes, and keeping the team ahead of emerging trends in fintech and AI-driven experiences.
