As the Director of Digital Design, you will serve as the strategic visionary for our digital experiences, setting the direction for our online and mobile banking platforms. This role is critical in bridging the gap between complex regulatory requirements and intuitive, user-centered design. You will lead a diverse team of UX/UI Designers, Researchers, and Content Strategists, ensuring that every interaction aligns with customer needs and business objectives.
In this position, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement, championing best-in-class digital experiences while overseeing the evolution of our digital design system. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business Leaders to define priorities, ensuring that our digital products not only comply with accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and financial industry regulations but also leverage emerging trends like AI-driven experiences to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.
