About the Role
As a Digital Experience Design Accessibility Analyst III, you will serve as a subject matter expert on accessibility, staying ahead of trends in disability advocacy, universal design, and web standards. Your day-to-day involves providing expert accessibility and usability feedback across design, UX/UI development, and testing phases.
You will collaborate closely with designers to ensure accessibility is embedded into product designs before development begins, and assist developers by delivering specifications and functional prototypes to address accessibility challenges. The role requires conducting manual and automated reviews, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions while facilitating transparency across disciplines. Additionally, you will evaluate third-party tools, develop training materials, and mentor other Accessibility Analysts in best practices, systems, and processes.
