As a Web Developer / System Analyst, you will serve as the technical expert for operating, maintaining, and developing information systems associated with the Transportation Project Tracker and Performance, Accountability, and Transparency websites. You will partner with stakeholders to develop and document requirements, supporting application development, geo-spatial application development, and systems integration. This position also plays a key role in strategic planning and aids customers in resolving complex problems and issues.
In this hybrid role, you will work in a standard office environment primarily at a computer workstation, with 1-2 days per week required in the office (typically Tuesdays and Wednesdays). Experience with .NET Framework development (with particular focus on the use of ASP.NET MVC, Microsoft Identity through ASP.NET, Bootstrap, HTML and CSS). Experience with React JavaScript, SQL database management, Git and Team Foundation Server for source code control, Azure DevOps for work item creation and DevOps Pipelines for deployment. Experience with geospatial data and ETL tools like FME workbench and FME server, and the Esri ArcGIS platform. Experience with Power BI report development and maintenance, Power BI Service Workspace management and SharePoint SE. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate with customers at the appropriate user level.
