eMed operates a direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) population health service, currently focused on GLP-1 and related peptide medications. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare solutions that meet the evolving needs of our patients.

About the Role

This position is responsible for the management and delivery of our patient-facing service in the US. You will serve as a central hub, co-working with multiple stakeholders including our in-house Customer Support operation, external Clinical Partners, laboratories, and delivery operators.

This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven role with clear success metrics. You will be expected to adapt and develop the role on a daily and weekly basis, rolling up your sleeves to handle whatever is required to ensure success. As eMed operates a 24/7 service, there may be a requirement to participate in out-of-hours duty rota cover on occasion.

In this role, you will provide strong leadership and mentorship to operational staff while leading the organization and governance of the service. You will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer, Customer Support Lead, and Director of Quality and Regulatory to ensure robust systems are in place for audit, significant event analysis, complaints management, and risk management. Your day-to-day will involve driving continuous quality improvement, monitoring partner performance, and championing a culture of learning and reflection.
