About the Role

As a Sr. Supplier Medical Process Specialist, you will serve as a strategic partner in vendor governance, ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness within our claims and managed care operations. This fully remote role is designed for an experienced professional with a passion for vendor management and continuous improvement.

In this position, you will manage supplier performance and oversee the production of work products, handling complex transactional and procedural escalations. You will conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance and accuracy, while actively participating in system enhancements to drive operational efficiencies. The role requires analyzing operational data to identify trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvement opportunities. You will also lead or participate in meetings, trainings, and operational reviews with vendors and internal partners, maintaining professional expertise by staying current with industry trends and contributing to clinical education.
