About the Role
The Federal and Integrated Products Compliance Specialist serves as the lead in the oversight and management of regulatory compliance activities for integrated products, such as Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP), and supports federal products like Medicare Advantage. Reporting to the Director of Federal and Integrated Product Compliance, this position ensures operational compliance with state and federal regulations, contractual obligations, and new policy guidance.
In this role, you will identify compliance risks through audits and monitoring, driving corrective actions and remediation where necessary. You will ensure that compliance plans and related training for products under the department are accurate and up-to-date. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of integrity and trust while managing complex regulatory landscapes across internal and external business areas.
