About the Role
The Vice President, Clinical Research Operations will report to the Chief Scientific Officer and serve as a pivotal leader in advancing our organization's research initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating clinical research operations for OneR, OneOncology's site management organization, while ensuring efficient operations related to research projects.
You will be accountable for building, scaling, and continuously transforming OneOncology's centralized research operations into a best-in-class, enterprise research platform capable of supporting multiple thousands of interventional trial accruals per year. This is a demanding role within a high-growth organization, requiring you to manage a large team, coordinate with numerous sponsor contacts, and provide dedicated service to our physician and practice partners.
As a clinical research leader, you will have strategic influence and executive-level visibility up through OneOncology and Cencora's leadership teams. You will play a key role in promoting excellence in patient care and contributing to medical advancements.
